Mixing Types of Insulation (Floor)

For floor insulation I was thinking of putting down 50mm polyiso and 50mm grey polystyrene. For my house that gives a u-value of 0.18.
The original intention was 50+50 polyiso, value = 0.16, I've since realised there is a 20% cost difference.
    Two questions:
    1. How much impact would a u value differnece of 0.02 in the floor have on the overall picture? (I'd imagine it would be more significant in the roof?)
    2. If I do mix, which material should be kept to the top? I was thinking the foil backed polyiso for relfective purposes but does it make any real difference?
