    Hi Folks,

    Looking for a little guidance on an issue, I sold an item on Ebay and the buyer has paid for the goods and I have shipped them. Luckily enough I paid for registered post so I have a tracking number. Following the tracking number I can see that the delivery failed because there was no answer at the address specified. I mailed the buyer and sent a message to him via ebay and got no response. Where should I go from here, do I try to mail again or should I open an incident with the ebay helpdesk ?

    Any advice would be great

    There's nothing you can or need to do. It's up to him to accept the package, or now to go and collect it.
