Im very stressed, im still waiting on a decsion on my invalidity pernsion.
9 months on and major stress and still no answers.
I havent received any letters from them since december.
Iv had to be ringing them its cost me a fortune and half the time i end up being knocked of or i get no proper answer.
Surly 9 months waiting and no letters for 5 months is wrong.
Im in bits i havent recieved a penny since september, i cant clain jsa as im not looking for work cant get swa caus dh works.
One of my ilnesses is depression, and i had been managing it but now im feel im on the verg of another breakdown and its scaring the life out of me. Im sooo low and feel so helpless.
What can i do, dh even got in touch with the minister who has said he will look into it!!!!
I know iv posted here before about this but i feel like im in a big deep black whole and cant see out of it.
Would there be any point in getting a solicitor, and would i get legal aid to do it as we dont have the funds to pay one.
    The bills are piling up.
    Sorry and thanks.

I think you need to get in touch with your local citizens advice centre. look here for one close to you http://centres.citizensinformation.ie/

people on the board can give general advice on your case, but they can give more specfic information, based on information you would give them, but should never make public on the boards.

I think that you should be able to claim JSA as you are appealing a decsion on Invalidity pension. This is why i suggest you get in touch with them.

The appeals process can be pretty long, but 9 months seems Excessive. hope everything turns out well for you.
