Magic baking sheet

Has anyone come across a situation where you shouldn't really use one of those Magic reusable baking sheets and should revert to baking paper? Or is it a complete replacement? I'm thinking of doing granola bars this weekend and wonder if the 'wetness' of the mix would have any sort of detrimental effect on the sheet or vice versa.

I've bought the reuseable baking sheets in Aldi (2 euro) I think - and it goes in and out of the dishwasher and comes out clean - hope this helps

Only if you're baking things that need to crisp up (e.g. tuiles) should you use baking/silicone paper as opposed to silicone. For granola bars the magic sheet is fine.
