files on apple ipod touch

On the touch it seems to be showing as a camera in my computer and the only files are photos. The music is there and is showing on i-tunes but i can't see the individual files.

By standard I guess you mean "old:.

Apple removed this a long time ago to prevent copyright infringement.
You need a 3rd party software sort it
