Have left this way too late seeing as how nearly every one has already got house mates sorted and stuff but anyway... there are 4 of us renting a house next year in Milford Grange and are looking for 3 other people to share with, one for the whole two semesters and two more for 2nd semester. Would appreciate if you could let me know asap if interested. Will post up more info about the house in a few =D

Ok so its a 5 bed house in Milford which, fortunately for us, got flood damaged last year and is being completely refurbished over the summer. 3 double rooms and 2 singles (large singles which have 4 foot wide beds). Has an open fire in the sitting room with a back boiler, which will help greatly in keeping costs down. Has seperate utlility area off the kitchen. Included with bins, tv licence, chorus television in all rooms, €600 of ESB and 1000 ltrs of oil. Oh and weve a back garden too!! All for €85 a week.
