The Felt pouch that comes boxed with iPhone..

Anyone know where to get these exact pouches? I've nearly worn mine out and would love to get a replacement or two but can't seem to find an exact match on eBay or the likes. Anyone got any idea's?

Me either. Don't remember a pouch and definitely didn't get a dock.

Nope, didn't get one with my 3G. Maybe you only got the "standard extras" if you bought a phone from outside Ireland (which wouldn't surprise me).

I didn't get a dock either just to clear it up, I bought mine (16GB 3G) in New Zealand in 2009, and it came with the felt cover seen in the photo. It's also not my photo but a flickr image just to show what I was talking about.

Dont fret guys, nobody got a dock with the 3g or the 3gs because Apple stopped including them as a cost cutting measure. The instead started selling them separate for $29.99 or €29.

The dock was provided as standard only with the iPhone 2g (4gb 8gb and 16gb)


The 'pouches' i think the OP is referring to were provided with the 5G iPod video for a while but as far as i know were never provided with the iphone.

The black thing your referring to in the picture is a polishing cloth which was provided with the iphone 2g. But these were replaced by the sim opener tool in the 3g and 3Gs model.

Seems that every time we get a new iphone we loose another piece of the box contents. My bet is the Charger is next! Apple are notorious for this. They are doing the same with the Macbook Pros.

Yes that isn't a pouch, it is a cleaning cloth. They came with the 1st Gen iPod Touch too.

I dont think the 3G iPhone came with the cloth either but I could be wrong.

Apple did include a Felt pouch with the video iPod, but never with an iPhone.

It definitely came with my iPhone 3G that I got in NZ, I lost the blody thing last night so once I find it... and I will find it, i'll throw up some photos of it.

It's the same size as the cleaning cloth seen in the photo, felt material monogramed with "iPhone" at the top of one end and just snuggly fits the phone with the cover I have on it. Just saves the cover from getting scratched by keys & coins etc that are in my pocket. Have grown quite accustomed to it now so am trying to source another. I can't believe I can't find a decent photo of one on the net.

Just to add Confusion to what was posted before. I definitely got a cleaning cloth with my iPhone 3G.
