Counsellor in Kildare?

    I'm wondering could anyone recommend a counsellor in the Kildare area?
    I have major problems with self esteem and have done since I can remember.
    I've had enough of feeling the way I do and all the negative thoughts which result in me talking myself out of everything.
    I've been meaning to see somebody for many years but I just never seem able to bite the bullet and take the next step of making an appointment.

    I know that what works for one person may not work for another and I know that finding a counsellor that is right for me might involve some trial and error.
    But if anyone can help point me in the right direction it'd be a great help.
