Did Sky update the EPG or operating system?

    Hi,
    Yesterday morning my Sky DH box (Samsung) would not turn on. I had to reboot and then all seemd fine. However,
    Soon after turning on my Philips 42pfl9732 half of the screen turned into coloured bands. Another TV is fed from the rf out and does not have this problem. When I view through the SCART connection to the Philips I do not get the problem. It seems to be just via the HDMI connection.
    Just wondering if SKY upgraded the EPG or operation system on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and could this have caused the problem?
    my EPG is currently sky+9.10.13a and the OS is 1.32B12.
