Currently out of job after 10 + years in Sys Admin / IT Support roles. Thinking about upskilling myself by doing few certifications. Already MCSE certified and have CCNA / VMWARE / RHCE in mind. Think of doing atleast two of these.

What is of demand now? What combination would you suggest?

Just did the VCP about to do the exam. It seems very popular. Gonna do CCNa next. Never heard of RHCE.

Depends on your experience. If you're strong on Windows take a look at Server 2008 and Hyper V/ VMware. If you have a lot of Linux/Unix then the RHCE would be good. CCNA is good to have no matter what.
