    Hey folks,

Anyone here ever found a semi-decent male to female vocal fx (pref free to download)

Its for some jokey kind of tracks i'm doing so it doesn't have to sound great...all i've been able to find is a yoke called clone ensemble which is okay but freeware version is too limited for what i need.

Google hasn't been fruitful on this i should add and even KVR seemed to come up with little other than V-Vocal which is only for Sonar which i don't use.

Does something like this even exist???

    Cheers
    C ;-)

Nah mate already had one of those - she looked so sweet and innocent by day!

Didn't help my music career either...Just left me walking funny ;)

    ...I miss her:P

What DAW are you using? Logic has a built in pitch shifter thing that might do the job for you.

It's not the ideal solution but it's free if you have logic.

I'm using Reaper at the moment - it has a pitch shifter too but i was hoping there might be something a little quicker out there (since these tracks are more gimmicky than anything else) Have a feeling i'm on to a lost cause here...from the searches i've been doing.

    Thanks anyway mate!

What sound card and software are you using. some soundcards, like the creative ones, have a novelty thing built in so that you can change male-female, chipmunk and similar. If you had the audio track you could simply play it and record it on the fly with the effect applied.
