Felt roof

I need to get a flat roof re-felted. It has torch on felt there at the moment which was done about 2o years ago ( getting a slight leak in places now.) This roof is FLAT ..nothing in the way. How much should I expect to pay for labour only in nth. Dublin. Dims are 12' x 12'. Tks in adv. for any info.
