Dish rev.

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone could shed some light on this for me.

I've decided to ditch UPC and go the freesat route so I need to buy an octo lnb to fix to my existing sky mini dish. The problem is I've heard Sky have released a few different dish revisions over the years and that newer LNB's won't fit all the previous dish types.

As I'm not sure which dish rev I have I don't know which LNB to buy - all I know is that the dish was installed sometime before 2004.

    I'd imagine it's a zone 2 dish but I'm not sure of the revision eg mk1, 2 or 3.

Most of the lnb's I've seen for sale state they will fit the new mk4 dishes and with the aid of an adapter mk2/3 but no mention of mk1.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers
