Hello everyone I hope you can make it along for the very first Double Reset Tournament. It should make for a really great day of poker,

The idea behind this format is that instead of players trying to keep up with the structure the structure keeps up with the player.
The format is simple, players start the tournament with a 15K stack the blind levels are 30 min.
When we loose half the field I will pause the clock send all remaining players on a short break and reset the tournament clock so that the average stack is 15 times the cost per round. (Ante x 9 + Small Blind + Big Blind)
This will happen one more time when we reach the final table hence the name Double Reset...

Date & Time of event: Saturday 29th May, registration open from 6pm cards in the air 7pm

Location: Atari Poker Room, Atari casino, Santry, Dublin

    Hi,

Maybe i dont understand this double reset thing, is it lose half the
field and then start the blinds at the begining again and if
this is the case then why not just play a 30k stack from the get go.

    regards
