    I'm only starting out myself,are you getting many people looking at you as if your out of your mind?The reason I ask is,I haven't ran out on the road yet...

    I dont barefoot run in cork, I just gave you the answer to your question. Yes people barefoot run in cork, at least i saw one guy ages ago ;)

    I believe people do it. There was a piece on Primetime about it just after xmas. They reckoned they contributed to the floods and were a trigger for it and that even some of the Cork hurlers* did it and thats why Frank Murphy lost the plot with them as he was sickened (rightly so) by it. In my opinion people who run barefoot are sick and if they do it in public its nearly as bad as dogging. I know a few people who just go along and watch the people running barefoot, sick, they are nearly as bad as people who run barefoot. Its shocking stuff. Can this thread be moved to the Sex & Sexuality Forum.

    * Apparently they say Babs Keating do it in the '70s on 'Reeling in the Years' and thought it was cool, sick.

    I'd be worried about cutting myself on something nasty tbh. I know a few people go barefoot running on beaches.
