Well it was confirmed in the Irish Times today that New Look is going to move into the rest of the space vacated by Arnotts in the Jervis Centre at the end of the year. It was confirmed last week that Forever 21 would be taking up the rest of the space. Seemingly:

The trader will be paying a rent of €1.3 million for the Jervis store which, at 3,716sq m (40,000sq ft), will be the largest in its chain of over 1,000 outlets worldwide.

I'm a bloke and to be honest I've never actually been in a New Look store and haven't a clue what their men's range is like but will deffo be getting to know it now that there's finally one in town.

Their men's range isn't too bad tbh, decent basics. it's sort of a less feminine Topman :pac:

I'm really glad we're finally getting a New Look in Town! Hopefully they'll stock their full range since the store will be so big. I hate seeing all the nice stuff online when I have no credit card!

Also  at that store size! That Arnotts must have been huge. I'd actually never noticed.

This is SO EXCITING. I love New Look but detest having to traipse all the way out to Liffey Valley/Blanch to shop there.

Nothing seems to be open yet. But there are big artificial walls with FOrever 21 stuff plastered all over it. ROLL ON OPENING DAY!

Can anyone confirm that? Surely they would be advertising if it was opening next week!?

^ I'd say there running late, it's pretty normal here :D

I was involved with Topshop when they opened the big store on Grafton Street and that was total chaos! Date got changed twice before we finally opened half ready!

I only have two pieces of Forever 21 wouldn't mind a few more! ;) New look is FAB and is so mind blowingly HUGE!

I can't wait until I have a healthy enough bank balance to visit these! I was in the new New Look in Cork last week and I thought it was massive (and I spent way too much money). What's Forever 21's speciality?

f21 specialty will be that it will be better with more cloths to choose from :D:D:D:D:D:D

    i dont work in f21 ;):D

New Look was great although strangely I didn't see that much that I want!

I'm going to leave it a while to venture in again though, I found it quite claustraphobic and had to leave!

Was in yesterday, it's pretty nice, think they've done a good job on the store. Saw nothing I wanted, but I think I'm outside their demographic. 80 euro for boots tho - that's a shocking price for New Look.

That's really dear, I wouldn't expect anything in there to cost more than €50

I was in their at the weekend and thought it was very small and cramped. I was very surprised to hear its the largest new Look in Europe. The ones in Cork and Liffey Valley seem much bigger.

and so does the one in blanch

Was in there today and wasn't overly impressed, other than with the shoe department. Doesn't seem all that much bigger than the Liffey Valley branch. Also, one of the few things I saw that I liked was a dress that cost €99. I miss when New Look was affordable.
