Great location in an attractive estate called The Cloisters, just off Mount Tallant Avenue, close to numerous bus routes to the city centre: 15, 16, 17, 19, 49 and 54... and lots of parking available too! Within easy walking distance to Terenure, Rathmines,
Kimmage & Harolds Cross.

The house is brand new, really nice inside and out, with an A1 energy efficiency rating.

Downstairs features living room with 32-inch TV, kitchen fully integrated with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave. Patio doors lead to a south-facing garden. The roof of the house features solar panels to aid water heating.
