advice? flight tickets

    Hi

    I booked my holidays for end of July in March. It was done over the internet and at the time there was no option to add baggage allowance. Phoned up and added the baggage allowance no problem.

    The flight tickets they emailed me had said that there was no baggage allowance for us but i figured this is the original voucher.

    I phoned up again and they said it was definitely on the reservation number. They told me they'd sent it out the next day it never came.

    Rang y'day and she told me it was mailed to me but she'd resend it in 20mins. So far no email and I know they have got the correct email address. I would just like it on paper that i've paid for it in case of complications at the airport.

    any suggestions?

    call her when you're standing next to a fax machine and ask that she fax confirmation to you.

    I don't have a fax machine or have access to one. Suppose I could ring and get her to send the printed flight details out to me by post or to a different email address?

    If you booked them on the internet, have you tried logging into your booking online to see if it shows the update?

    If it does, do a print screen and take that with you to the airport. Also advisable to get contact name for the person you spoke to and their ext number so if you do have a problem at check in you can make them call the person directly to confirm.
