    about 20 minutes after.

you should clean your teeth with the expectation that you won't be eating for a while, like at night or after breakfast. otherwise you'll have debris on your teeth for a few hours which can cause decay.
also, when you eat, you will usually decrease the ph of the mouth so if you brush straight away you could do some damage to the surface of the tooth. it's microscopic, but it adds up. so if you wait about 20 mins, then your saliva will have brought it back to normal.

After breakfast and floss every two days, but brushing at night is very important as you produce less saliva when you sleep which acts as a natural deterrent to plaque build up.

    eeeuuuwwwww....
floss every day!! if you don't floss, you're leaving a lot of gunk behind. if you were getting a plaque score (which should be as close to 0 as possible) and you don't floss, that's a score of 50% straight away.
