You're right, we need an independant committee to judge this kind of thing, say three full time paid members of the committee who would look through all the posts made on boards.ie every day and select the best one. Starting salaries of €35,000 would mean an annual cost of €105,000 which I think you'll agree is very reasonable. In the mean time, unless you're willing to pay this yourself, shut it.
