iPhone has whit patch on screen

This is a weird one. My iPhone has a patch( on the pic it is the bit about .5cm below the address bar) that is brighter than the rest of the screen. It's small., about 1cm wide by .2cm high
On any other background bar white it is nearly impoosible to see
. Anyone any idea what it is? And should I send it back? Still under warranty.
