    James Treanor first up in the 10k Walk Final 10.15am local time (7.15! here).

    Qualification places for Singapore are interesting as it goes with how strong Europe is in each event, for example first 9 Male hammer throwers go to Singapore but only 1 Male 3000m (9 Africans), I suppose it makes sense as you then get a high quality 16 in Singapore.
    Kate has a good chance as 8 qualify and it looks on entry list like she is around 4th, I think Mark English in the 1000m has a good chance and possibly Paul Scanlan in the 400.
