Effect of reynolds number on flow in a wave tank

Ive calculated the reynolds number in the open ocean and the reynolds number for a scaled down wave tank.
These are 69million in the ocean and approx 69,000 for the wave tank.

How do I find out what effect this has on the flow of water in the tank?

The wave tank is to produce deep water waves.

Are there any other factors that I should consider when analysing the effect of scaling?

Somebody might be able to correct me here if i'm mistaken, but i'm pretty sure Reynolds No. has little or nothing to do with the flow of water in a tank of that scale.
Reynolds number is closely related to the friction factor, f, and a pipe's roughness and diameter so these would have very little effect in a large scale tank. Reynolds number is mainly used in pipe design.
With a body of water that large, i think you need to be focusing your attention more towards surge and two/three dimensional flow.

    Reveen is right,
Physical models and laboratory techniques in coastal engineering by steven A. Hughes may help.
search for SCALING OF A FROUDE MODEL, What type of tank have you got?
