    Hi Guys,

    Looking for Sambo in Cork, ideally on Fri/Sat - anyone know somewhere and if so, some contact details - read that Sitjaipetch MT had a class but there dosent seem to be anything happening there now

    I'm pretty sure The Boxing Clinic in Frankfield has Sambo. I'd say go ask on their forums. http://www.theboxingclinic.com

    i think alex teaches the sambo class. i've done judo with him. he's really good

    Hi guys,

    Just thought id post back with update - went to two sambo classes last week and must say am well impressed.
    Good facility and instructor Alex is a really good guy and good teacher - am happy at how well it complements the judo which I have also started so thanks again for the info!!

    No problem. Glad to hear you're impressed with the place as I'm hoping to check the place out once I come back in September for their MMA training.

    alex is a nice guy and really seems to have a wealth of knowledge. when i was doing judo with he could spend a whole class on techniques from one grip. if this doesnt work move to this etc, before you know it yo have a whole game plan fro one grip
