Hot facebook stranger, what to do

Hi, Im not sure if this is considered a PI but id rather not use my real username as I dont want people knowing who this is, especially the person at hand.

Im a bloke in my mid 20s and a girl added me as a friend, a very hot girl tbh. We have no mutual friends and we are living in different parts of the country. Now firstly I wrote this off as either one of those spammer type addings (like the ones that used plaster bebo), or someone who just wants to add a sh1tload of friends to their list, but neither seems to be the case. She doesnt spam or doing anything weird, she seems to use facebook regularly for normal things like we all do, i.e. joining stupid groups, playing whatever games for the laugh etc.
And she only has about 30 friends, and it hasnt increased that much since I got added.

She has a few photos up, some with family and friends etc, like everyone.
Strangely enough I cant post on her wall or comment on anything she does, obviously a privacy setting.
Anyway has anyone here come across this type of thing, should i be chuffed? Or do some people just click random names and add them.
I dont really want to just send her a message saying "Who are you?".

The only reason Im putting this up here is to see is it kinda common these days for people to add people they like the look of etc, a bit like a dating site maybe?

She could have thought you were someone else? I did that before, added some randomer that I was sure was the same guy i had gone to school with but it turned out to just be a stranger with the same name. I would have been horrified it he thought i was hitting on him!!!

Why don't you just ask? Just send her a private message and say hi, have we met before, i don't recognise you! And see what she says - if she replies flirtily then yay, if not, move on.

I agree with Kimia , PM her and see whats she says , be as cool as you can about it to save her cringing if she did make think it was the wrong person !

I she added you 'coz she liked the look of you then woohooo ! Nice compliment and she could be waiting for you to send her some words !
