Who is this guy that attacked the public sector last night on the frontline?
He did not even know Brendan Howlin first name and he dose not even know who the minister for Social Protection is.
    Could he be a banker????
IF this is the best plant that the private sector can come up with, god helps us all even Pat Kenny felt sorry for him.

Before that we had primetime showing us more private sector corruption
For god sake when is this government going to take on those people in the private sector that are screwing this country.

I think he is referring to a member of the audience. Called Howlin "Michael" and then tried to go on an anti-union, anti-PS tirade.

Never mind all that, I was suprised by your one at the end came out and asked why RTE didn't cover the trilateral commission meetings at all, and she had was trying to get stuck into the members of the trilateral commission also being members and people who attend the Bilderburg meetings.

You forgot to mention the public sector incompetence exposed in the same Prime Time program. The leglislation governing the tyre business is policed by the public service, but hey, so to was the financial system when it went off the rails.

Both problems were caused by private sector greed, albeit inadequately controlled.

What about Galway Co Co's own tyre stockpile. They should get their own house in order. Mayo Co co just as implicit also. The statement's they gave out stating they did nothing wrong. Are they not responsible for enforcing legislation.

I'm sure there will be a sum total of 0 heads rolling after last nights show

    yes yes
But not for financial gain (that we know of)
But what you have said is true, when regulation is not enforced (ie the private sector not controlled) then the private sector take every thing they can get in the way of benefits, fraud, and screw the Irish people over and over.
I just don’t know how some private sector people can sleep at night.

Can we get back to who the geek was on the frontline??
So far we know he is not a public sector employee
so that mean he is a private sector employee or a former private sector employee on the DOLE.
Anybody got a pic of him? as i am worried that he might not have found his way home last night

The people that implemented the waste tyre regulations (DOE) in the first place obviously did a half arsed job which let this happen. They should have implemented a start to finish system e.g people that sell tyres should have to provide a paper trail of them disposing of their tyres properly. Teir sales records should correlate with the number of tyres they pay to dispose, like wise for the companies receiving these tyres for recycling etc.

Al this info would be accessible to Revenue

Galway Co Co are carrying out trials to use the tyres in road surfacing, come on those are the kind of lies you expect from the PS. Should they not finish testing before they stockpile 250,000 tyres. Horse manure of the highest order, the fact you and others are believing that it's solely the private enterprise says a lot really.

Using waste tyres in roads actually makes alot of sense.
This in no way detracts from your point that Galway coco lying through their collective teeth.
