What advice were you looking for ?

What has this got to do with sustainability ?

Apart from you advertising a facebook group.

If you've been watching the BBC4 series about North Sea oil you'll have noted that submarine cut off valves have been in use there for about 20 years since the Piper Alpha disaster.

The problem is that everyone knows that big business will try to save costs and that's why we have regulators. And in many cases stuff like this could have been prevented by the regulators adopting best international practice or by enforcement of existing regulations. Bit like the whole banking thing really.

And there was me thinking you might actually have something valuable to contribute to the forum.

You might consider having a read of the forum charter before posting again.
