pp online problem

I accidently deposited too much money from my cc into my account, accidently hitting a digit three times, the money is in my online pp account however when i went to withdraw it was told i cannot do so onto a cc.

it also stated that my balance has to be 50euro or less to transfer as a withdrawal, i.e i have to used my funds until they are 50 or below. does anyone know what other options are available as i cannot afford to have 8 times the amount i wanted just sitting in my pp account, it is ridiculous.

Is the cashcard method useful if i popped into a store with i.d and explained my situtation they could reimburse me this way?
or can i get the balance tranfered back to my cc account, as in refund terms?

I know 1 thing. You cant take out any money on the cashcard that you have deposited through your bank acc or credit card. You can only take out winnings on the cashcard from money you deposited in the shop. Makes it very awkward. Just contact the helpdesk.

You should be able to get them to send you a cheque. For future reference, use laser instead of a credit card and you can transfer the money straight onto your card.

Wow very awkward indeed.If you deposit 10 yoyo's with the new card and say you win 100,how much can you take out? I presume the whole lot yeah?

You would presume that alright but you can only take out the €90 profit.

The cash card can be used to withdraw and deposit cash from your Paddy Power account in any of the Paddy Power stores. The amount you can withdraw is your balance, less your last deposit. So for example, if you deposited €20 to your account, placed this on a bet and won €100, you would have a withdrawable balance of €80 (100 - 20 = 80). )

I have a pp a/c online and had a 'little' luck, I went to make a withdrawal - I clicked to transfer out to the laser card I used to deposit, can any of you tell me how long it takes to process? I thought it would be real time so I'm getting a little freaked.....:o

Is there not an issue with using MasterCards that doesn't allow you to withdraw.

Had a similar issue & got a cheque sent to reduce balance to below 50 then managed to change to visa ok

A lot of cc companies won't allow gambling sites to transfer any money back to them.
It's to do with money laundering.

I made the transfer to my BOI laser card, it was the only withdrawal method showing up in my a/c... Just checked 365 now, nothing yet anyway.....

I might give live help a call this afternoon to see what the story is.
