Loose tap

    Hi,

the hot tap on the sink in the downstairs bathroom has come loose.
I think it's a simple enough job to fix if I had the right part but I don't know what the right part is called so I can't find it!

If I can explain it here then perhaps someone will be able to help.

The tap works perfectly and the only problem is that it is not fixed tight to the basin. There's a part missing which is on the other (cold) tap.
basically it's a plastic ring that is placed around the pipe and underneath the basin. The ring is then screwed up into the bottom of the tap and this tightens the tap to the basin.
but what is that little plastic part called and where can I get one??!
