I had a case in which costs were awarded against me, it was a boundary di spute.
the case was four years ago. I have obeyed the court order and am paying costs in instalments to the best of my ability.
The court order said that we were to adhere to the Registered boundary but the other party has since the case 4 years still trespassed over 3 metres onto my property.
we agreed a amount for costs between us so registrar has not made an order which would dump more money to be paid on me and increase the debt which i am paying.
If i dont pay the other party will ask the registrar to make an order for costs and the other party can then go to the district court and ask a judge to order to me pay etc.
But my question is, I am paying costs and obeying the order.
The other party is getting costs and blatantly disobeying the order by continuing to trespass on our property. can I go to the registrar and ask him to make an order for the other party to obey the court order which says we have to abide by the PRA Boundary.

It is unfair I am obey the order and paying and the other party is getting costs and deliberately ttrespassing by mowing the grass on our side to a distance of at least 3 metres past the boundary.

Your story is a bit confusing to me. Either way, your best bet is to really see your solicitor and do things through appropriate channels.
