    Could somebody simply translate the text below into normal speak. its a report on an x-ray of a knee joint. i have looked up each item individually but i'm not getting the bigger picture. It was never explained to me at the time because the x-ray was taken as an aside to a different issue. I am aware of what Osgoode Schlatter is.

    "There is a small joint effusion demonstrated. There is a well defined ossicle identified in the tibial tuberosity region which appears separate from the tuberosity. It may relate to old trauma or Osgoode Schlatter here. There is a second well defined ossicle identified in the posterior aspect of the knee joint which looks too anterior for a fabella. It could represent a loose body here. This however is well corticated."
