I have not filed personal tax returns for 2003 and 2007 and need to get them filed. How can I go about doing this my self as I cannot afford to pay an accountant. Thanks in advance.

If your affairs are relatively simple I would suggest you ask Revenue to assist you with filling in the forms.

if you check where your local public office of the revenue is then bring in all your details for those two years and ask them to do them for you. As long as its not complicated they will be okay with you. Only prob they obviously not there to minimise your tax liability so make sure you go on www.revenue.ie first and make sure you know what allowances you are entitled to and have your medical expenses and bin charges with you

    Contact a professional.

If you owe back taxes you cannot afford NOT to.
