How do management company's in apartment blocks have to announce their AGM's? Do they have to post it in common areas, or in a newsletter, or do they just need to post a letter to the owners? And what is the situation with tenants going to these meetings?

    Thanks.

AGMs are only open to members of the company and their proxies. Tenants have no right to attend. All members are notified in writing at least 15 days in advance of the AGM

21 days notice, isn't it? Info

Shareholders are notified along with the agenda for the meeting and usually the company accounts.

Tenants can ask the landlord if they can go along as proxy if the landlord can't/doesn't want to attend.
