2007 indie-dance. Doesn't do it for me anymore, or anyone I know who used to like it.

Yeah, they called it indie dance as well when it was played at student nights, and electro house when it was hairdressers and plumbers apprentices, even though it was the same music, by and large...

Ah no, indie-dance is the distorted, Justice / Boys Noize etc kind of sound, and electro house is more of the hairdressers music. But yeah, what people generally call electro is what Beatport calls indie-dance.

went to see him play one time in spy (i think) and it was the WORST. i had been a huge fan of loads of his own productions for ages before this gig. you know how they say "never meet your idols"? so, i went up to ask him to play a song (one of his own songs!) and he told me to Fvck off! i couldnt believe it, so i spent the next 10 minutes dancing right in his face giving him the middle finger. d!ckhead. took the whole idea of french arrogance to another level...

safe to say his music is sh!te in retrospect.
