Hi all,

Having a browse through some of the Stickies here, and some date back quite a long time (:)). Due to possible job move I may be emigrating, and thus need to rent out my apartment.

As this is something I've never had to do, I'm looking for some easy to read resourses (such as writing off tax against rent...other expenses against tax etc).

Basically trying to have all my i's dotted and t's crossed in case I need to move in a hurry!

Are there any handy websites for this?
