    Hey all,

How and where do you guys attach your garmin bike mount when you have tri bars fitted?

I normally just attach it to the handle bars, but when I have the tri bars fitted there is no room.

    Cheers,

    NT

just when you thought you had everything....best try the quick release kit here. haven't seen a good solution to using the bike mount with tri bars.

If you're using Profile clip-ons without the gears cabled up, you can get a 'Bridge' piece that connects the two protruding ends and mount the computer on that.

+1 on that. I got a bridge for mine and it works a treat, the quick release bike/wrist is a must too.

    Thanks for the info guys.

Have any of you used this bridge alongside the Profile Design Aero Drink system?

    I use one of these:

It works fine and I'm sure you could move it far enough forwards (or put it "outside" the bars) along the aero bars to get around a profile drink.

Alternatively some people just make a similar item with plastic tubing and some zip ties:

I like the look of the bridge though - does it work for aerobars that are different distances apart, or does it limit you that way?

what i did was cut a length of rubber hose for a tight between your aero bars. wrap in insulating tape around tube and aero bars, makes a perfect bridge for any device. Won't find that advice on wiggle!!!
