    www.depressionforums.org

I believe this is the largest community for depression, anxiety, PDSD, BPD etc. My username is TheMelodyofRain if you want to add me; I believe theres a few Irish people active at the moment too, though the number would be below ten.

Remember when you go to any websites - to keep an open mind. There will be stories of triumph and tribulation and it may not apply to you fully.

For information - its best to stick to reputed websites either from government, mental health charities or health organisations. There is a lot of highly dubious information on the internet including from scientology which is not helpful when you are trying to understand what is going on with you as you are clearly interested in.

Always remember your GP is your first port of call here too for all medical advice unless you see a psychiatrist in which case you can choose which person you feel most comfortable with to talk to.
