I'd love a definitive answer on what warranty (if any) a dealer has to provide? I was under the impression it was 3 months engine and gearbox, but some people say that they're not technically obliged to provide any warranty.

Would like to hear the solicitors opinion on the differences between a learner driver driving unaccompanied and a learner motorcyclist riding a motorcycle > 33BHP and which would be seen as the more serious licence infraction in court.

Do car dealerships have to provide an NCT for the car they are selling?

Also if I bought my car with no NCT and the dealership guaranteed an NCT, should they have to pay for the testing?
