    Hiya All,

I am a very new runner and I seem to enjoy it more then i ever thought but I was wondering if anyone can recomend a good pair of runners for people who have Scoliosis.

I only just found out that i had that so i am very new to the whole thing.

Any ideas ? Just make and price range ...And store if possible.

    Thanks a mill,
    Lilo

    Hi Lilo

The best thing to do is go to a good running shop, Ampiibian King in Bray is about the best shop out there, They will do a gait check free of charge..
