    I was coming back from Wexford and i was going through a town ferns and on the right hand side when leaving the town there was a white horse skin and bones it looked really sick so if anyone knows if they can do anything or if they live around there...when i passed the field there was a company called slaney carpets on the right

    Please ring the ISPCA or the Irish horse welfare trust and report it as you are the one who has seen it and give them all the info they need.

    As andreac said, it would be best if you could contact the local SPCA or IHWT to report it because you were the one who came across the situation.

    rang the ispsa and gave them the details on the horse and location they said they will look into it. thanks for the replys
