So i presume what you're really asking here is where can you buy a laptop for < 400?
    Read THIS and post back.

    ok to be more specific.

i want a dual core processor

    and 320gb hard drive!!

warrantys, memory, graphic cards etc are not important to me!

Dual core laptops generally start around the €400 range. Its very rare that you'd see something significantly cheaper.

There's a Dell Inspiron 15 for €440 incl shipping at the moment.

There's a Foehn & Hirsch laptop with T3000 (1.8Ghz dual core) for £299 on ebuyer.com (not incl shipping). Never heard of the brand tbh and it has no OS, but beggars can't be choosers :pac:

Keep an eye on the amazon.co.uk best sellers and you'll spot some decent laptops in the ~€400 range. There was an Acer 5810TZ there last week for €420 shipped. It was a ULV processor (slow) but still dual core and fine for day to day use.

    i got sorted!!!

went into currys and i got a Toshiba!

    spec:
    windows 7 home premium
    amd 2.1ghz dual core processor
    hard drive 320gb
    4mb

it was a display model, they had no box for it so they gave me a bag worth 40 euros and 3g memory stick.

there was 449 on the price! But as it was a display model i got it for 379

    Happy days!!!....
