    Hello All,

I got The Sky+ HD installed last week and it's fantastic. One slight query I have if anyone can help me is....

When I had the plain Sky box the TV volume at 15 was loud...Now with the Sky+ HD box installed the volume has to go up to nearly 50 to be heard. The old box was connected using a scart lead and the new box is connected using an HDMI cable.

Any ideas how to sort this please

    Cheers

    Gar

Change the audio setting from Dolby to Stereo. Unless you are actually using a Dolby decoding amplifier you can often get lower volume sound from this setting.

Let us know if this makes a difference.
