The Last Chance Saloon: Acts Wanted
I`m running a new night upstairs in the Stags Head and am booking acts for the next few months. It is currently on once a month but will be going weekly from June. Each night we pay homage to a musical genre soul/reggae/country etc or particular artists and we invite acts to play 2 or three songs from the chosen genre in their own style. This month we pay our respects to Johnny Cash. The setup is most suited to acoustic arrangements as it is a small room, no kit, but percussion is fine. It is free admission so a pro bono affair I`m afraid but normally a few beers thrown in, but the invited artists own material website etc will be promoted with the night.
