hi i bought a motorbike last monday from a garage, i was told it was was in good nick and i could collect it that night as it needed an oil change, 1 week later i still havnt got it as apaprenetly he's still working on it and it needs this and that!! where am i situated legally regarding getting my money back?? any help…
