Rental Price per Acre

    I intend on renting appox 4 acres to a neighbouring farmer for grazing. I was hoping someone could give me a rough idea of the going rate per acre?

    what part of teh country u in? it well fenced/watered,etc...
    alot of variables, for putting price per acre per rent!
    prob,from €100-€220 an acre..
    We are paying, €135 per acre for some land and €150 for other land

    Thanks for the response. That gives me an idea anyway as didnt have a clue (is that it per mth/ yr?), new to this:)

    The land is in W.Kerry, fenced and with water supply. Its land by a lake so some rushes but gen good quality, think farmer plans on reseeding it but with me paying for the seed.

    what is the land like if its good limestone dry land could be 150 per acre per year
    but if its wet land covered in rushes I have seen that go from 30 euro per acre in kerry
    If its average mixed land I would say 100 an acre.
    There is better land up the country than a lot of the land in kerry.
    Also is it mountain land or has it been reseeded lately all could affect price
