Anyone know of a decent internet radio app for the iphone. Had a pretty good one on my nokia before I switched to Apple so looking for something similar that ideally has some of the Irish stations on it. Don't mind whether it's paid or free.

Anyone have a good one they're using at the moment :)

Many stations have their own free apps - nearly all the Dublin stations and RTE do. Grab Radio (free and paid versions) and Wunder Radio (paid) are good.

I use FStream. Its free but you have to put in the stations yourself by getting the URLs. You can also record radio shows with the App.

Here's a good site to get the UK and Irish Radio Feeds:

    I also really like Fstream.
I see Grab Radio is also recommended and it has all the Irish and English stations preprogrammed. It's $1.99

FStream is great. And if you Jailbreak and install Backgrounder, you can run it in the background.

    29k or 128k .

WunderRadio is the most fully featured one out there. It's just so messy downloading an individual station app when you can get thousands of worldwide stations from just 1 app. It also supports all streaming formats used, AAC, AAC+, MP3, WMA, etc, you can enter custom streams if the station you want isn't in any database. If the station transmits meta data for the song titles you can look at the last played list, buy the song in iTunes, etc, etc... So buy it :D

Thanks for the input guys, look like WunderRadio is what I'm looking for. I know that some particular radio stations have their own apps but as previous posters have mentioned, it get's kinda messy when your loading up apps for different stations.

I like to have one app that picks up them all. I'll download this one and see how I do. Thanks again and by the way for anyone thinking about getting an iphone I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first about these things but honestly this is the best phone I've ever gotten :D

must check out FStream. I have WunderRadio (and I think it's probably one of the most expensive apps, I've bought), and I too can only add my +1 to everyone else. It's a joy.
