Few Questions Re: Xbox Live Subscriptions

Hey guys,
I've been meaning to post this up for a while now but I am currently doing a consultancy project for college and would like to ask a few questions regarding the Xbox Live subscriptions and your trends towards it.

Part I:
Am I right to say there is only two subscription types?
Silver (Free) and
Gold (1, 3 and 12 months subscriptions)

All three of these subscriptions can either be paid for via credit card or bought at the shop?

Part II:
As I need to conduct a small research survey, could you answer the
followign questions:

1. Are you male or Female?
2. How old are you?
a. 8-12 b. 13-19 c. 20-34 d. 35-49 e. 50+
3. what type of subscription and for how long do you sign up for (if you have an xbox 360)?
a. silver b. gold (please specify if 1, 3 or 12 months)
