Electric Picnic Tickets-Purchase Outlets?

I want to buy these tickets as a gift. If I go to Ticketmaster outlets will I (literally) get these tickets into my hand or will I have to wait for delivery in the post. If the latter is the case, how long would it take from purchasing these tickets to delivery. I'm working in Tipperary. Sorry for convoluted post-hope ye…

If you go to a Ticketmaster outlet you will get the tickets into your hand.
