Is it too late to plant them? Is there anything I should/shouldn't do. I am growing things for the first time this year in a slightly haphazard approach. I do have one spud that is a bit wrinkly that has shoots growing out of it. Can I plant this? If I cut it in two would I have two plants. Fanks
