Can folks tell me what kind of plant this is please?

It has nice bluey green leaves, they look like they are tipped in red but I think this comes out more in the photo than in real life. I know they are some kind of cacti.

Looks like an Alpine. Now's the time to plant them so your local garden centre should be packed with them. bring a clear photo and compare what they have or ask them to identify it.

I tend to agree and it's most likely this one:Echeveria lilacina

as i compare it to your photo with photo in the site
it looks like the "Echeveria lilacina"
